Products and allergen information
We take reasonable care to describe and photograph our products accurately, but colours and appearance can vary slightly. Please read the ingredients and allergen information on the relevant Product page before ordering. Contact us before placing an Order if you need more information.
Placing an Order
Products are subject to availability. Check your Basket, contact details and Collection or Delivery choice before paying. Your Order is accepted when payment has been confirmed and we send your Order confirmation. If we cannot accept an Order, we will tell you and refund any payment taken.
Prices and payment
Prices are shown in pounds sterling. Any Delivery Surcharge and the full total are shown before payment. Payment is handled securely by Stripe. If a clear pricing or product-description error affects an Order, we may contact you to correct or cancel it and will refund any payment due.
Collection and Delivery
Available fulfilment options are shown for each Product. Collection is from Peterborough at a time arranged with us. Delivery is to the address supplied at checkout. Please provide complete and accurate details. We will contact you if an event outside our reasonable control is likely to cause a significant delay.
Changes, cancellations and problems
Our bakes are perishable and often made to order, so change-of-mind cancellation rights may not apply. Paid Orders cannot be amended. Contact us immediately if you need to request a cancellation. For an incorrect, missing, damaged or faulty item, follow our Returns Policy and Refund Policy. These terms do not limit your statutory rights.
Using this website
The website and its content belong to us or our licensors. You may use it for your personal shopping and enquiries, but must not misuse the website, interfere with its security or copy its content for commercial use without permission.
Our responsibility
We are responsible for losses that are a foreseeable result of our breach of these terms or failure to use reasonable care and skill. We are not responsible for unforeseeable losses or business losses. Nothing in these terms excludes responsibility where it would be unlawful to do so, or affects your consumer rights.

We use personal information as described in our Privacy Policy and use cookies and browser storage as described in our Cookie Policy.
These terms and the law
We may update these terms from time to time. The terms in force when you place an Order will apply to that Order. These terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales, without removing any rights you have under the law where you live.
