Stripe processes payment card details securely. We do not receive or store your full card number.
How and why we use it
- To take payment, process your Order and arrange Collection or Delivery because this is necessary to fulfil our contract with you.
- To respond to an Enquiry or take steps you ask us to take before placing an Order.
- To keep the website and our business secure, prevent misuse and improve our service where this is in our legitimate interests.
- To keep tax, accounting and other records where the law requires us to do so.
- To measure selected shopping activity through Google Analytics 4 only when you have consented to analytics.
Who we share information with
We share information only where needed with service providers that help us run the website and fulfil Orders, including our website hosting, database and media hosting providers, Stripe for payments, Resend for operational emails and Google Analytics where you have consented. We may also share information with professional advisers or public authorities where required by law. We do not sell personal information.
International transfers
Some providers may process information outside the UK. Where they do, we require an approved safeguard or another lawful transfer mechanism designed to protect your information.
How long we keep information
Enquiries are deleted 24 months after submission. We generally keep Order and accounting records for up to six years after the relevant financial year. Your Basket is stored in your browser for up to 30 days and your cookie choice for six months. We keep other information only for as long as it is needed for the purpose described above or to meet a legal duty.
Your rights
Depending on the circumstances, you can ask us for a copy of your personal information, to correct or delete it, to restrict or object to its use, or to provide it in a portable format. You can withdraw consent at any time without affecting earlier lawful use. Contact us using the details above to make a request.

Your right to object
You have the right to object when we use your information for our legitimate interests. Tell us what you object to and why, and we will stop unless we have a compelling lawful reason to continue.
