As all of our bakes are made fresh to order, we do not accept returns, exchanges, cancellations, or order amendments once an order has been placed.

Please ensure you are completely satisfied with your selections before checking out. If you have any questions about our products, ingredients, allergens, or collection arrangements, please get in touch before placing your order and we'll be happy to help.

If there is an issue with your order upon collection, such as an incorrect or missing item, please contact us within 24 hours of collection with your order number and photographs where applicable so that we can review the matter and assist accordingly.
