Storage & Shelf Life:

Our bakes are made fresh in small batches for the best flavour and texture. 

For best results, please place your bakes in the fridge when they arrive. Allow them to come to room temperature before eating for the perfect texture.

Unsalted Butter (MILK), Vanilla Essence (invert sugar syrup, vanilla extract, water, partially inverted sugar syrup), Baking Powder (Raising agents:diphosphates, sodium carbonates; rice flour)

Collection

Collection is available from our premise during the time slot agreed when your order is confirmed. You will receive collection details and instructions before your collection date.

Please collect your order at the agreed time. If you need to rearrange your collection, please let us know as soon as possible and we'll do our best to help.

Local Delivery

We offer local delivery on selected dates and times and within selected postcodes of the Peterborough Area.

Delivery charges and availability will be shown at checkout. While we aim to deliver within your chosen time slot, delivery times are approximate and may occasionally vary due to traffic or other unforeseen circumstances.

Please ensure someone is available to receive your order. Once an order has been delivered to the address provided, responsibility for the products passes to the customer.

Returns & Refunds

We do not accept returns or exchanges. Please ensure you are completely satisfied with your selections before placing an order. If you have any questions about products, ingredients, or delivery options, please contact us prior to checkout and we'll be happy to help.
