Please note all products are made in an environment that handles GLUTEN, MILK, EGGS, SOYA and NUTS. While every effort is made to prevent cross-contamination, we cannot guarantee that any product is completely free from allergens.

Please note that we do not currently do postal orders!

Collection

Collection is available from our premise during the time slot agreed when your order is confirmed. You will receive collection details and instructions before your collection date.

Please collect your order at the agreed time. If you need to rearrange your collection, please let us know as soon as possible and we'll do our best to help.

Local Delivery

We offer local delivery on selected dates and times and within selected postcodes of the Peterborough Area.

Delivery charges and availability will be shown at checkout. While we aim to deliver within your chosen time slot, delivery times are approximate and may occasionally vary due to traffic or other unforeseen circumstances.

Please ensure someone is available to receive your order. Once an order has been delivered to the address provided, responsibility for the products passes to the customer.

As all orders are made to order, any changes or cancellations must be requested as soon as possible.

Once your order has entered product, we may be unable to make changes or offer a refund.

We do not accept returns or exchanges. Please ensure you are completely satisfied with your selections before placing an order. If you have any questions about products, ingredients, or delivery options, please contact us prior to checkout and we'll be happy to help.

We take great pride in the quality of our products. Every order is carefully inspected and packaged to our high standards before leaving our bakery.

If there is an issue with your order on arrival (e.g., incorrect or unfulfilled items), please follow our Refund Policy and contact us within 24 hours with your order number and photos so we can review and assist.
